BBoyRecord is an independent music and entertainment label founded by Magasco in 2012 with a vision to build a platform where African talent could create, collaborate, and thrive. What began as a collective of passionate artists quickly became a symbol of ambition, creativity, and brotherhood.
More Than a Record Label
BBoyRecord is more than a music company. It is a creative ecosystem dedicated to developing artists, producing world-class music, crafting cinematic visual experiences, and building authentic brands that connect with audiences across Africa and beyond.

At its inception, BBoyRecord was home to three artists—Magasco, Tilla, Ethel and NBO. Together, they shared a common dream of creating music that reflected their experiences, inspired their audience, and represented a new generation of African artistry. During its early years, the label laid the foundation for a journey that would shape the future of its founder.
In 2013, Magasco signed with Empire Company, marking a significant milestone in his professional career. As his career evolved under Empire, BBoyRecord gradually became inactive while the focus shifted toward building Magasco’s career on a larger stage.
Following the conclusion of Magasco’s contract with Empire in 2019, BBoyRecord was officially re-established with a renewed vision and greater purpose. Built on years of industry experience, creative growth, and international exposure, the label entered a new era—one focused on artistic independence, innovation, and long-term legacy.
Today, BBoyRecord proudly represents Magasco as its flagship and currently sole artist. The label serves as the creative home for his music, visual productions, live experiences, and future ventures while laying the groundwork for the next generation of exceptional African talent.
